SPIEDIE SANDWICH
Your choice of meat made with our very own famous marinade, then skewered and grilled to achieve perfect tenderness.  Served on fresh baked Sicilian style bread with greens, tomato, onion and avocado, served bite-sized.

THE CUBAN
Pork shoulder roasted with garlic, citrus & herbs, Smoked ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, mustard and lime aioli pressed together and melted on fresh baked Semolina bread, served bite-sized.  Each tray contains approximately 12 mini sandwiches.

ORGANIC SEASONAL VEGGIE ROLL
Organic Baby greens from Suzie’s Farm, avocado, heirloom tomatoes, grilled Summer squash, mixed radish, red onion, mini white cucumbers, heirloom baby carrots, organic sunflower greens and garlic sprouts, Feta cheese, dressed with aged Sherry Vinaigrette wrapped in whole grain flax tortilla served bite-sized.

Hormone free, vegetarian fed ground Lamb “Mini-Burgers” w/ toasted spices, lemon zest garlic.  Served with house-made cucumber –dill yogurt sauce on fresh brioche rolls with local greens, tomato and onion.   Each tray contains approximately 12 mini sandwiches.

California grown, cooked with lemon, herbs & garlic, then balsamic marinated and grilled over an open flame.  Served with lime aioli or chili aioli dipping sauces.
